How do I clean my "DIY" Cap?

Please HAND WASH your DIY cap in cold water only. DO NOT wash your DIY cap in the washing machine. Do not use fabric softener and let the cap air dry. 

How do I clean my bonnet?

Hand wash (or machine wash) your bonnet in cold water and let it air dry.

How do I track my order?

After the shipping label is created for your order, you will receive an email from us. Click on the 'Track Your Shipment' link and you will be redirected to the carrier's tracking page, where you can view all tracking events provided by the carrier.

Send an email to customersupport@majestix.info with your order number available. We will track your package for you. 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled, contact us on our 'Contact Us' page with your order number and we will cancel your order. 

How do I return (or exchange) items?

You will email us at customersupport@majestix.info with your order number. If your item(s), qualifies for a return or exchange, we will email you the return label and instructions. See our Return Policy for more information.

When will I receive my pre-ordered items?

Your pre-ordered item will take approximately 4 weeks to ship. You will be notified of any delays in shipment.
